Simply Put, each item (Qty)=> represents the number of hours you wish to secure for your use. This product is normally associated with a project description email or an invoice you may have received. If this is based on an email please reference the date and subject on the reference email in order comments (during checkout) if you wish to clarify. Those emails normally indicate the details we are committing to create on your behalf relating to the design service hours being purchased. If this is in response to an Invoice please note the corresponding invoice number in your comments as you complete your order. 

If we know you and the services your order represents no need to go into detail. We will contact you to follow up and let you know if we have questions.

Note - Project ID:  You may note the "Project ID" field to the right or below this description (or near ordering info to add this to your cart) If your project was assigned an ID please use that. If not, and you'd like to create an ID for your new project go ahead and use that. If the field is left blank we will assign the deposit to your account and will create an ID that describes the project. ID's should be clear project description including the company or project name and what it is. ie. "MyNewCo Website". Please keep them short and simple or leave blank.

Note: Hours will generally remain honorable in perpetuity but StormDesigns can not be held liable for hourly time allocations beyond 1.5 years of their original purchase date. StormDesigns also maintains the right to adjust the hourly rate in accordance with future hourly billing standards on hours aged more than 6 months from original purchase date. Contractual information sent via email may supersede terms suggested by products online description above and herein.
